March 8 – March 31, The Center for Child and Achievement’s “Read to Achieve” distributed over 300 new books to students at the Gregory and Monument Elementary Schools donated by the United Way of Greater Mercer County in celebration of “Read Across America Day”! CCFA distributed books to support a variety of reading and classroom projects and place books in the bags of students receiving the “Send Hunger Packing“ at Gregory School. Thank you, Patricia Planter, Gregory School and Yolanda Wimbely, Monument School Parent Liaisons. Special Thanks to Ms. Teia Robertson, CCFA Volunteer and Ms. Denise Daniels, United Way Greater Mercer County.
