CCFA’s “ Lead to Achieve” Program sponsors 3 girls to attend the November 5th-6th, Princeton Blairstown Girls Leadership Institute at Blairstown. The girls were selected based on their demonstrated leadership potential and participation in CCFA ‘s Girls SWIM to ROW! The weekend was filled with outdoor adventures, activities, and leadership skills-building sessions. Pamela Bush Allen, a CCFA volunteer, served as our chaperone. The Girls Leadership Institute had a profound impact on each girl! One parent remarked, ”My daughter came home a changed person, she can’t stop talking about the new friends, great food, outdoor activities, team building, and being out of Trenton around positive people “! When we asked each girl to describe their experience at the Leadership Weekend, this is what they said,” it was amazing, I had so much fun, I  discovered how much I love nature! I learned that I can be more and that college is for me“!
