On  July 8th – July 12th, 48  Trenton students grades 5th-10th participated in this outdoor adventure, leadership and STEAM experience which included a focus on literacy and team building. The generosity of our donors; Princeton Area Community Foundation, George H. and Estelle M. Sands Foundation, Gary Toth & Friends, Morrisville Presbyterian Church, Christine’s Hope for Kids, Mercer County Improvement Authority, Jackie Addye and Susan Rhoda-Hansen, made if possible for all students to receive summer “reading bags” with 6-12 books including dictionaries for their home libraries and to promote summer reading, while prevent summer learning loss. In addition to each student was given a  gift bag which included healthy snacks, card games, art kits, sidewalk chalk, friendship bracelet kits, Frisby and lots of fun items.
